  • 1 avocado, peeled, cored, and diced
  • 1/4 cup red onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup pine nuts, toasted

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dressing: In a medium, high-sided bowl or a mason jar, combine the freshly squeezed lime juice, extra virgin olive oil, and honey. Whisk vigorously with a fork until the mixture is fully emulsified and well blended.
