Ingredients

Scale

Base

  • 8 oz dairy-free cream cheese (e.g., Kite Hill)
  • 8 oz dairy-free whipped topping (e.g., So Delicious)
  • 1 cup powdered swerve (or substitute regular powdered sugar)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Toppings

  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam
  • 2 tbsp strawberry jam (warmed, for drizzle)
  • 2 1/2 tbsp freeze-dried strawberries (crumbled)
  • 2 1/2 tbsp gluten-free graham crackers (crumbled)

Instructions

  1. Make the Base: Place the dairy-free cream cheese, dairy-free whipped topping, powdered swerve, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract into a mixing bowl.
  2. Whip the Mixture: Use a handheld mixer to whip all the ingredients together for about 40 seconds or until fully combined and smooth, forming a creamy dip base.
  3. Assemble the Dip: Transfer the dip mixture into a serving bowl.
  4. Add Strawberry Jam: Dollop the strawberry jam over the top of the dip in several spots and use a fork or knife to gently marble the jam into the white dip for a lovely swirled effect.
  5. Top with Crunchy Garnishes: Sprinkle the crumbled freeze-dried strawberries and gluten-free graham crackers evenly over the top of the dip.
  6. Drizzle with Warmed Jam: Warm the remaining 2 tablespoons of strawberry jam in the microwave for about 20 seconds to make it easier to drizzle, then lightly drizzle it over the dip for extra sweetness and shine.

Notes

  • Use vegan and gluten-free brands to keep the dip suitable for those dietary needs.
  • Warm the strawberry jam slightly for easy drizzling without making the dip runny.
  • Freeze-dried strawberries will add a crunchy texture and concentrated flavor; fresh strawberries can be substituted but will soften the dip.
  • Serving with gluten-free crackers or fresh fruit complements the dip nicely.
  • Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
