- Prepare Ingredients: Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat dry. Trim the asparagus and cut into 2-inch pieces. Slice the mushrooms and mince the garlic.
- Heat the Pan: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until hot but not smoking.
- Cook the Shrimp: Add the shrimp to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they start turning pink and are almost cooked through.
- Add Vegetables: Add the minced garlic, asparagus, and mushrooms to the pan. Continue stir-frying for 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Add Sauce and Finish Cooking: Pour in the soy sauce and stir everything together, cooking for another 1-2 minutes until the shrimp are fully cooked and the flavors are well combined.
